Amanda Bynes made her exit from the Los Angeles Sheriffs station on April 6, 2012 after being arrested the night before for a DUI in West Hollywood, California.
And wild child Amanda Bynes was at it again after she branded Jay-Z 'ugly face' on her Twitter page.

It was not long before the message was deleted, which suggests she either had second thoughts or her account was hacked.

In fact there was a massive cull on the 26-year-old's page, with just 13 messages being left by the time she had done deleting.

She made no reference to the previous message, with neither an apology or an explanation anywhere to be seen.

Instead she seemed in quite a jubilant mood, as she self-indulgently posted an image of herself posing in front of a mirror while wearing cheesy grin on her face.

The rapper, real name Shawn Carter, has obviously taken the proclamation in his stride, as he has  not stooped to the level of responding with a message of his own.

In fact he seemed remarkably at ease as he spent time with wife Beyoncé and daughter Blue Ivy in Venice.

It is not the first time Amanda has landed herself in hot water because of Twitter.

She has caused a stir in the past after posting messages such as 'live fast die young,' posted a picture of her breasts at New Year and boasted of her preference for 'chocolate men' while she dated rapper Kid Cudi in 2010.

The unpredictable former Hairspray star spoke out in November following claims she had pranced around naked at a tanning salon.

She said: 'I'm not "troubled." I don't get naked in public. I'm 26, a multi-millionaire, retired. Please respect my privacy.'

In December hit and run charges against her were been formally dismissed by a California court.

She reached a 'civil compromise' regarding two misdemeanour charges stemming from crashes on April 10 and August 4 last year.

A source said: 'The two separate victims agreed to dismiss the charges after a financial settlement was reached with both.

'This is routinely done when both sides are able to come to an agreement, and there really is no need to pursue legal charges because damages to their respective vehicles was paid for.'

Bynes still has a separate DUI and two counts of driving on a suspended drivers license pending.
