They've been talking about marriage after dating for a year.

'It's not a conversation that we're scared about,' a slimmed down Sparks told Us Weekly on the red carpet at City of Hope Honors Halston's Ben Malka bash in L.A.
'Before, we both went through tragedies this year - he broke his neck and then [Sparkle costar] Whitney [Houston] passed - so before it might have been a little too crazy.'
Jordin continued, 'You really see the people you love and you go, I don't want to lose you, so it's a conversation we have, but we're not in a rush.'

Last Friday, the Battlefield singer was feeling under the weather and spent a lot of time healing with her mother Jodi and four beloved dogs.
The dog lover has a Labrador called Noni and three schnauzer-bichon-poodle mixes named Maggie, Miles, and Minnie.
'Trying to get better w/ a strained knee, sinus problems & a stupid tooth issue. I am a living operation game. Sheesh. #growingpains,' she tweeted to her 2.4 million followers.

The young actress will soon join her fellow American Idol alum Jennifer Hudson in the film, The Inevitable Defeat of Mister and Pete with Anthony Mackie.
The coming-of-age drama, due out later this year, will focus on two inner city youths, who are left to fend for themselves over the summer after their mothers are taken away by the authorities.
