PARIS JACKSON'S SUICIDE NOTE, PLUS FAMILY AND FRIENDS SPEAK OUT

As more details are pouring in from Paris Jackson's suicide attempt last week, so are the well-wishes from friends, family and fans.

*Michael Jackson's daughter, Paris, 15, attempted to take her own life Tuesday night, her biological mother, Debbie Rowe, confirms, and was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance for treatment in the early hours of Wednesday morning.

Paris attempted to kill herself by cutting her arm with a kitchen knife, 911 audio obtained by TMZ confirms. She also allegedly took a large number of Motrin pills. The teenager also reportedly called a suicide hotline and the person who answered was alarmed enough by her condition to call emergency services. Paris, who left a suicide note, has been placed on 5150 psychiatric hold for 72 hours and has received "numerous stitches" for cuts on her arm.

Several members of the Jackson family have made statements to the media throughout the day, with grandmother Katherine Jackson reassuring concerned fans that Paris is "doing physically fine" and seeking help. Her aunt La Toya Jackson expressed "gratitude" for fans' "overwhelming concern" and requested privacy for the family.

"Being a sensitive 15-year-old is difficult no matter who you are. It is especially difficult when you lose the person closest to you," Jackson family attorney Perry Sanders said in a statement. "Paris is physically fine and is getting appropriate medical attention. Please respect her privacy and the family's privacy."

While no one has spoken out about what specifically prompted the desperate measure, rumors range from stress over the various legal battles in which the family is embroiled to the denied permission to attend a Marilyn Manson concert.

TMZ is also reporting that the police believe Paris did not intend to kill herself. According to a source from L.A. County Sheriff's Dept., "She wanted attention."

Hopefully Paris is on the path to recovery and will feel well soon.
