Over the weekend, he released a video saying he didn’t want to hurt Rihanna or Karrueche. And, Saturday night, Chris and Karrueche were at the same event.

Meanwhile the Bajan singer has been on her best behaviour too since her ex-boyfriend’s break-up.
A source said: “Neither Rihanna nor Chris want to make things harder for her than they already are.
When Chris Brown announced that he'd split from his longtime girlfriend Karrueche Tran, he admitted that at least some of the breakup was a result of his friendship with Rihanna, according to MTV.com.
Brown acknowledged earlier this month he had renewed his "friendship" with Rihanna, the woman he was convicted of beating on the eve of the Grammys in February 2009.
Brown, 23, has two more years of probation to serve for his felony assault conviction, although the judge lifted the "stay away" order that kept him from his victim last year.
The singer sent an unsolicited statement to CNN announcing he was breaking up with Karrueche Tran, the 24-year-old model he began dating a year after he was arrested for the felony assault.
"I have decided to be single to focus on my career," Brown said. "I love Karrueche very much but I don't want to see her hurt over my friendship with Rihanna. I'd rather be single allowing us to both be happy in our lives."
Tran tweeted a short msg that seemed to be for Brown: "Bye baby"
But what caused Brown to break it off with Tran?Many are speculating Brown is getting back together with Rihanna.
The talk of their reunion was fueled last month when Rihanna gave Brown a quick kiss and a hug at the MTV Video Music Awards last month as Brown walked to the stage to accept an award.
Rihanna told Oprah Winfrey in an emotional interview in August that Brown had been her "best friend" and she still loved him.And according to The Sun, “Chris wants to set Karrueche, up financially and do right by her – he wants her to stay in his life if possible.
Chris Brown’s representatives have denied that the singer has paid off his ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran, to make their split more easier.
The Sun also reported "Rihanna called Karrueche for a proper heart-to-heart. They needed to air a few problems.
“The girls talked for close to two hours. Rih answered all of the questions and Karrueche had a few home truths to tell her.”
What those truths are will remain a mystery to us, and probably to Rihanna and Karrueche as well. That’s because, Brown’s rep told RumorFix that the conversation never happened. The singer’s publicist says that reports the two women chatted about their love for Brown is “not true.”
And we can’t imagine with the roller coaster these three have been on, they would put things on pause to have a pleasant conversation about their ongoing drama.
While Karrueche is licking her wounds and is now single, Rihanna feels ''more confident and secure'' with Brown back in her life.

A source said: ''[Recently] she took a break between laying down some vocals and hit Chris up for about 30 minutes.
''She went in a booth and talked to him and was taking pics of herself on her Instagram and sending them to him.
''She was in the booth just laid back on the chaise and chatting him up. She was smiling and had this warm glow on her face. Whatever he was saying to her made her feel like a queen.''
