Black Pyramid (hmm… is that some Illuminati ish?)
*Chris Brown is getting his money making on with new Black Pyramid clothing line,
The 23-year-old was on a creative tip earlier this week in Los Angeles, launching his street-wear through the new brand.
Initially advertising the first designs in August, Chris partnered with hip hop trend-setters Pink + Dolphin to create a line of t-shirts, hoodies, hats and other pop culture wear.
“It’s about friendship,” Chris told theGrio at a meet and greet, in-store signing with fans, relating the clothing line to his collective efforts in music. “It’s just like fashion and hanging out. Being able to collab with them, with my brand…It’s just getting off heat for what’s coming and what the future holds.”
Whatever that means. Chris is so unpredictable these days. It’s as if he’s in his explorative college years, where anything goes. Whatever it is, we already know it’s going to be a hit, even if it isn’t that great (remember he tried rapping?) because he has a following that is enormous, unwavering.
Also, another note, but one of caution, when you Google “black pyramid clothing,” the first thing that will come up is a site for a clothing brand with the same name. Vastly different. Checked out the blog for the other clothing site and it looks a little cultish.
