LIL WAYNE SUFFERS 2 SEIZURES ON 2 FLIGHTS WITHIN 24 HOURS
Lil Wayne has been hospitalized twice in two days, it is being reported. But just what the exact problem is might be up for speculation, because he seemed to be the victim of a seizure Thursday evening, his private plane forced to touch down in Texas.
Emergency vehicles were on hand and rushed the rapper to a nearby hospital. And then, as if that wasn't bad enough, TMZ reported Friday that, again during a flight, the 30-year-old hit maker suffered another seizure and the plane was forced to land, this time in Louisiana.
TMZ reported that Lil Wayne suffered a second seizure -- the second within 24 hours -- on a flight headed from Texas to Los Angeles. However, when the rapper began convulsing, the plane was immediately diverted to Louisiana.
Wayne was admitted to Ochsner Medical Center in Kenner, La., treated and released.

It was also TMZ that broke the story of Wayne's first seizure. According to the gossip website, the plane made an emergency landing at San Angelo Airport. The pilot had radioed ahead, indicating there was a medical emergency aboard and that a passenger had had a seizure.
Emergency crews and vehicles were on hand when the private jet touched down and within ten minutes had Wayne -- the passenger having the seizure -- on his way to the hospital.
A rep told TMZ later that Wayne was suffering from a severe migraine and dehydration. But that was before the second seizure.
If they were seizures, that is...
MTV News reported Friday evening that reps for the "No Worries" MC say that the TMZ reports are exaggerated and that Wayne never suffered a seizure. They insist Wayne was dehydrated and suffering from a migraine Thursday and that another migraine grounded him Friday.
MTV News also noted that this wasn't the first time migraines have forced Lil Wayne to alter his plans. Back in 2009 he canceled a European tour due to "migraine conditions."
Whether or not the rapper actually was suffering from migraines or some as yet unknown condition remains unclear. Until otherwise confirmed, TMZ has maintained that the pilot of the plane reported a seizure, despite what Wayne's reps are saying.
The "Let It Rock" singer was to appear in Louisville Saturday to support his TrukFit clothing line but has canceled. The date will be rescheduled.
It is also unclear as to when Wayne will make another appearance. His next studio album, I Am Not a Human Being II, is scheduled for a December release.
Lil Wayne has been making music since he was 11 as a member of the duo B.G.'z.
One of the most prolific artists in his genre, the New Orleans-born rapper has amassed a voluminous catalog of music, including nine (soon to be ten) studio albums (including one collaborative album), one remix album, twenty-five mixtapes, one-hundred forty seven singles (including five collaborative singles and one-hundred twelve as a featured artist), seventeen promotional singles and one-hundred one music videos.
By the end of 2011, Wayne had sold over 12.5 million albums in the U. S., according to Nielsen Soundscan. He had also moved over 37 million digital tracks.
During the last week of September, the rapper made music history by surpassing the legendary Elvis Presley with the most ever charting singles for a male artist (109) on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart.
